How do you grade the condition of your records?

We use the industry-standard Goldmine Grading System (M, NM, VG+, VG, G) to evaluate both the vinyl and the sleeve. Each record is visually inspected under bright light, and rare items are play-tested to ensure accuracy.

How are records packaged for shipping?

We use heavy-duty, corrugated cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Records are removed from their outer sleeves to prevent seam splits during transit, and then secured with bubble wrap or stiffeners.

What is your return policy for pre-owned items?

If a record does not match the described condition, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please contact our support team to initiate a return label.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Flashback Records ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
